I recently utilized Ampath for medical testing on two occasions, and on both instances, I encountered errors in their billing. These mistakes were due to discrepancies within their accounts department, which I, as the customer, had to identify and address.

As a doctor, this was my first experience with Ampath as a patient, and based on these issues, I will not be using their services again nor referring any of my patients to them. I will also advise my colleagues to refrain from utilizing their services in the future.
