My husband had a procedure done at a Dr's office and a specimen was sent to Ampath for testing. He obviously then needed to pay for this, he then lost his job due to retrenchment and made contact with Ampath to notify them. He then proceeded in making a payment arrangement and has been making small payments.

All of the sudden we get told his account has been handed over yet no one EVER notified us of this before or anything. They now deny that he made an arrangement, but yet we have the emails as well as all of the payments that he's made. They're rude and just keep om telling us that we had no arrangement. This is so bad because it's affecting his credit score so badly..it's not right especially because payments have been made it's not like he just stopped paying and even worse so he made an arrangement with these people

I'm completely disgusted!
