Rude Attitude of Milicent Mapaseka

This complaint is regarding the unprofessional and discourteous treatment I experienced during my recent visit to the Ampath laboratory located at Wilgeheuwel Hospital in Roodepoort.

I attended the facility to have my blood drawn. During the procedure, the phlebotomist assisting me, Milicent Mapaseka, displayed an unacceptable attitude and approach toward me as a patient. Throughout the interaction, Ms. Mapaseka was extremely rude, did not greet me with any courtesy or a smile, and spoke to me in a consistently condescending tone.

Undergoing medical tests and having blood drawn can often be an anxiety-inducing experience. Patients rely on healthcare pathology staff to provide a welcoming, reassuring, and professional environment. Unfortunately, Ms. Mapaseka's dismissive and patronizing demeanor made me feel highly uncomfortable, disrespected, and unwelcome in your facility.
