Ridiculous service on handling accounts

It saddens me to note that you do not care about the customer complaints-by virtue of not even responding to my query immediately proves this right.

I emailed you on the 22nd of June concerning my accounts that were handed over to vericred without my knowledge and haven't got any response from you.

One account which YOU e-mailed me a stement was paid and forward you proof of payment. Appararently there are other accounts which you have not bothered to e-mail me-instead you sent them to debt collectors. I personally will not pay anything from debt collectors without the company which I have an account with contacts me and sends me directly the statements that are outstanding.
