Revolting Service at AMPATH

Ampath Mafikeng is a whole ****!

I made a card payment and they refused to issue me with an invoice. How frustrating! They only give receipts or invoices to CASH payments. Completely revolting.

Like why do they take my money and won’t show proof of receipt?!?

Why don’t they notify patients of this before any payment is done!
