Quick to hound for payments but to get a refund on a duplicate payment is ongoing!!!!

Ampath Laboratories are Quick to bill and phone non stop insisting payment BUT a refund was promised via Email with Sylvia as I duplicated payment on one bill and to date I am still waiting for the promised reimbur*****t.

I emailed Sylvia Mashiloane to enquire why the refund hasn't yet been paid into my account and she hasn't ev3n bothered to reply to my email.

Previously when I enquired about when the refund would be done she too didn't reply until I followed up on numerous occasions and then requested a credit card statement with proof of payment.

Ampath your accpunts customer relations services is appalling when doing a refund and I am still hoping I will get reimbursed for the double payment made within the next few days!!!!!! Sylvia Mashiloane you are a poor example of a customer care liaison person for the Ampath Lab.

I do sincerely hope Ampath Laboratories deal with my situation and my refund finally gets received.

Not my take on how a huge company like Ampath operate!!!!!!
