Puts wrong dates on statement causing headaches to sort it out
I was in hospital from 24/8 - 28/8. Blood tests was done in hospital. Covered by medical aid as in hospital auth. The dates on the Ampath are dated after i was discharged from hospital. Flagging this as outpatient and then i sit with the bill and now it's my problem phoning medical aid and Ampath to sort this out. Why are the dates on dates I was never in Hospital????
