POPIA Violation by Ampath

Maria Nyathi from Ampath Life Carstenhof called a number that was on the patient’s recent form contact details. Maria Nyathi went as far as telling me I’m too young for her to speak to me yet I’m the person responsible for the patient’s bill. She has violated the popi act by revealing to an unidentified source that a patient is at ICU and which hospital. Furthermore the wrong party threatened to get security to remove me from the hospital as they don’t feel safe with me around and brought their colleague Thato to further disrespect and tell me I am taking things personal unnecessary. Ampath is useless and Maria Nyathi aswell as Thato must be taken for disciplinary action. They are rude and act *********. It seems Maria is used to such and not getting disciplined for it.
