Poor service delivery

As a receiver of Warfarin Therapy since 2012 my blood needs to be analyzed monthly to determine the INR of the blood and further dosages to be taken. The past couple of months the laboratory submitted the outcome only a day or two later which is very frustrating and sometimes I even need to phone them for the results as the results need te be discussed with my cardiologist.
