Poor Service and *********** staff

Ampath Pathology Accounts Department are the worst to deal with. They are terribly rude on the phone , they laugh at you. Their supervisors and management are so protected , you can't speak to anyone with higher authority to sort out a complaint or query where you don't get any joy from the call centre agents. Monday the 16th March my wife had blood tests , Wednesday the 18th March I receive a account to pay. We phoned medical aid to query why is was not paid , they didn't even submit the claim.
