Poor service

They will give you a quote, and u go ahead with their services based on the quote you’ve been provided, only for them to charge more fees than those on the quote after the fact. How is that fair to a customer, who has budgeted for a certain amount of money. When I queried this I was told they did tests based on the doctor’s request, but the quote was based on doctor’s request… so the person who did the quote and the one who did the tests had the same information but for some reason I was charged more….
