Ampath you really don’t even deserve any ratings at all for your useless service. There is so much inconsistency in the work you do, from you call centre agents to your escalations divisions. You say one thing today and something different the next day. Passing the buck from pillar to post. The only thing you good at is sending ridiculous statements with amounts due after a phone call querin about the previous statement that is incorrect, I mean guys how stupid can you be??? You have no proper due diligence in the things you do really get your ducks in a row if there is a query raised investigate, give feedback and update the rest of the parties involved don’t send statements with amounts due that yourselves cannot even understand when we query. Really guys how do you run your organisation???
