Payment not allocated correctly

I paid over two amounts that the scheme paid me, R7854.20 on 14 September and R470.00 On 26 October 2017 and R200 later in October. I sent all my proof of payments to Maggie Reddy and Derby Dlamini who sent the payments to be correctly allocated. My medical aid has paid all the other accounts. Today I received another statement where this has not yet been allocated correctly and I am held liable for an amount which I have paid.
