Pathetic Services for a Refund!!!

Absolutely shocking in the manner that the accounts department handles clients refunds. Their procedure changes for different people, after going back and forth on mails they do not respond to your actually query but rather just send a generic mail every second day. After confirming that the account is in credit and having sent a refund form, got a response to say we need to complete a refund form. Duh did they even read our mail? NO Then after that we were told that they require a bank statement that reflect the payments made to which we respond it was made at two different branches. Dates and amount was given but nothing was done, days later we get a response again for the same information, we responded again with the same information. Called the call centre and told them the same story and was told that we must call their depot to get the receipts which i refuse to do, magically after i requested that the my account be escalated to a manager then they able to trace the receipts of the payments. Got a mail stating they were able to trace the receipts and now require a bank letter to process payment, this was sent. Today get a mail saying they require the bank statement reflecting the deposits, LIKE REALLY! Made another call to the call centre to have this escalated and was told everything has been received and that the payment was marked urgent that it should by tomorrow then i get a mail to say that they have received my letter and that payment will take 7-14 days to be processed. It seems that the staff at Ampath just want to play games and send random mails without even reading the clients request. I have requested a copy of the call recording for my attorneys but my mail conveniently get ignored. I have requested on an explanation as to how Ampath will settle the interest due to the stupid games but still no response but you will get a mail to say that this person has attended you your mail. Just sending a generic mail without reading the requirements does not me it has been attended to it just means that you are wasting people times and that you have too much time on your hands to waste, rather invest the same time in reading, understanding then responding.

AMPATH YOU ARE NOT DOING ME A FAVOR YOU ARE PAYING ME BACK MY MONEY DUE TO ME, DON"T YOU WOULD PLAY THE SAME GAME IF THE MONEY WAS DUE TO YOU???
