Pathetic services

I have over paid my account with 960.00 on 23 January. I took it up with Yolande in Debtors the following day advisingher that I need the money for other necessities. She advise she will take it with management and advise .I called a a few days later with the same promise. I nagged andshe eventually sent me the refund form .She advise that the refund was approved by management on the 1st surely the funds should have reflected in my account today the 4th. I called and email again yesterday with the hope of getting the payment date , still no success .When will I get my money?
