Pathetic service. Rude staff.

I personally will never deal with them again. I would give them no stars if I could. I was at their Trade Route branch on a Saturday and the service was pathetic. They have skeletal staff on a Saturday, which is already a short work day, nevermind the increasing number of COVID cases!!

The staff were rude, as they were only interested in closing up and going home. It took a call to the posted complaints officer to get my employee tested, as I had travelled from very far, and I was absolutely unwilling to accept refusal. In the end the test was done, but one should not have to fight so hard for a test that one still has to pay so much money for.

This is a massive company based on their presence countrywide, but their service delivery truly leaves much to be desired. Why would a company that charges so exorbitantly for blood tests etc. not be able to provide better services? I mean: this is not a govt. funded path lab right?
