Pathetic Service

I am so fed up with AMPATH having their debt collectors hounding for an amount I believe has been paid, and when I phone them directly I find cheeky agents, one of whom decided to ask me to stay on the line and never returned. When I called again the phone was eventually answered after waiting a long time. I could hear someone whispering and the the keyboard of someone typing. Again I held the phone until I hung up.
