Make you pay directly then are unable to provide a statement with the correct information for me to claim back from my medical aid. Medical aid rejected the invoice/statement citing a dozen pieces of information missing as the reason for repudiating the claim. I will chalk it down to school fees, write the money off, as I have now learned to use Lancet and not go anywhere near Ampath again. A simple blood test and now I’ve got to jump though hoops to get my medical aid to refund me. Pathetic customer service. But they’ve got their money so they don’t give a f*****
