Pathetic response again

I was given several assurances that I will not be charged for a test as Ampath was at fault initially. Lo and behold I receive an email stating that I was charged and the medical aid had already paid this account. I phoned Mondli from Ampath in PMB and he said he will sort it out. But I haven't received any feedback as yet. I decided that I will write a review using this platform as I probably will receive a prompt response from Ampath, as I have done so in the past.
