Pathetic attitude and Poor Service

I was brought into the Trauma Unit of the bay hospital around 23h30 or so via the paramedics. I was diagnosed as having an angina attack. My bloods were sent through to ampath without my consent as I prefer Lancet. I spoke to the technologist , Snethemba Ndaba, who was blatantly rude and unwilling to help. I queried why I could not cancel my bloods with them and get Lancet to perform it, he said it's against their SOPs and WI. He also said that we are wasting his time and he is busy. I then told him that I will be handing him over to his superior in which he rep****, \go ahead and do it". He was equally rude to the staff nurse zinhle and my daughter who works for the opposing lab. She tried to find out what's going on with the bloods and if Lancet can now run them and he told herthat he does not need to answer to her and she can go to hell. This was said in the corridor in front of the techs male admin colleague as per my daughter. Being in a medical profession"
