Pathetic

I'm thinking this is the faster option to obtain results quickly as compared to the ticket I received from Ampath which states "This ticket will be assigned to a support person shortly". I phoned Ampath again now and shortly means 1-2 days. I gave bloods on 5 December as I needed a plethora of tests to be done. Ampath forgot to include 1 of the tests. The doctor advised to go have give bloods again for that test that was omitted. When I phoned Ampath to tell them that they should be responsible for the bloods that I need to take again, Laeeka said that one of the results is still pending. Really is this how long it takes to for the bloods to be analysed. Ampath does not even deserve a 1 star rating from me. I will not be going to them in future.
