Passing the buck

Ampath have been incredibly inconsistent and unprofessional over the past few months. Firstly, they handed over the supposedly unpaid amount onto Vericred, thereby passing the buck by doing so. Secondly, I have emailed and called Ampath a number of times with no real response and no assistance. Each time, a new person from the accounts department passes the buck onto someone else. Due to this, Vericred continues to hassle us unnecessarily.
