PAID MY ACCOUNT BUT MONEY WENT MISSING

I had blood tests done in june/july of 2014, and I paid my account of +-R450 at mediclinic in potchefstroom, cash.<br> I gave the lady 2XR200 notes and 1x R100 note as I did not have change, she never had change and said it is fine she will credit my account.<br> January 2015 I receive an sms(1st i HEAR OF THIS ACCOUNT) stating I have been handed over to vericred for my ampath account.<br> <br> Ampath tells me I need to show my receipt, but it was from 6 months ago- I have NO IDEA where that receipt could be.<br> <br> No one was willing to help me so I had to pay the account AGAIN to vericred with interest??????
