Overcharged

I took a blood test last year December. Early this year I received a statement that I am owing R836. I am on medical aid, I called to verify and because of the amount I had to pay this amount myself.

I then called the Blood Test offices to make arrangements, and we agreed for the end of the month. At the end of the month I paid it in full.

A month later, I am being called now and again that I am owing the account. And I have been harassed, but I paid in full and I don't understand extra charges while I called to make arrangements, and honoured the arrangement.

I have just received now from their rude personal who hanged up and then sent a message that I am owing R158.76.
