Nurse Zama Myeni - Ampath Ballito's gem

I went on Saturday the 20th to the Ampath lab in Ballito. I arrived just after 8 in the morning and there were 2 people there. The nurse was preparing the admin work when the 3 of us walked in. She proceeded to take no1 in to take bloods. Shortly after two more people walked in. The nurse finished and No2 then started the admin process. The nurse was alone still , the last two ladies were now getting impatient and started interrupting her with questions. She called a person from the back to take the urine sample from the lady when no 7 also asked to be attended to or else she would come back. She also had a sample to hand in. I was so amazed at the nurse's patience despite being disturbed. I asked her if she was alone ( as it was already almost 9) and said that her colleague was delayed in the ward. She was all smiles with not an ounce of annoyance. I told her that i have difficult veins and she smiled and reassured me. I was so impressed because she bled me in one shot. I asked her her name and how she does it, again that lovely smile and she said that she loves her job. Very impressed Ampath, though not all your nurses are that kind.
