Nurse Boitumelo Khalo refused

The service received at waterfall hospital Ampath was pathetic and I will never use Ampath again for me and my family. I came to the waterfall hospital lab to run some tests on Saturday morning but could not when they explained that one of the tests that was required to be done (fasting test) neede me to be there for about 3 hours. I then explained that I would come Sunday morning at around 5 and they were fine with it. I get there this morning (Sunday) at 5 as I had indicated but to my surprise the nurse on duty \Boitumelo Khalo\" didn't want to assist me and told me that Ampath does not usually do the fasting test on weekends or at odd hours unless if I was an admitted patient. She also gave a long story about how she needed to get back to the maternity ward and how she needed to fill in some forms for the Technologist to capture before she left at 6. I then asked her to draw some blood on me and while we wait for the results she could go back to maternity and do everything else than she needed to do while I waited for the results. She refused and said to me that she might be finished at 7 and so I would have to wait for change of shift. I then went to Lancet who gladly assisted"
