Not understanding my current situation

I was in ICU last year with Covid spend 2 months in ICU on a ventilator and Ecmo machine. Of course there is accounts that was not fully covered by the medical aid, do more than 1 account was handed over to Vericredit. Because of the severity of the Covid I lost my job is currently at home on 24 hour oxygen. I must avoid all stress but they phone me 24/7. Like vultures. I had a Pulmanory Embolism in 2019 and do bloods with Ampath on a monthly basis to do my INR and is considering to rather go over to Lancet due to the service and utter bad service received from Ampath as well as Vericredit.
