Not keeping to open hours

I am pregnant and need to do the fasting diabetic test. I wanted to do the test at the hospital that I work at as not to miss or come late for work. The office hours of the Ampath is suppose to be from 7am-7pm. And not to my surprise when I get there at 7am the door is closed and no one is there. I wait for 20min and still no one. Being in a high risk pregnancy and to fast is not fun, then you experience this. Very disgusted. Now I have to repeat this process all over again.
