Not honouring payment agreements
I made an arrangement to pay my account in two installments. Paid the first one on time. Before the second payment was even due I got a letter from ITC threatening me with legal action. Unacceptable!!!! Luckily my doctor now only uses Lancet. I will also insist that all my other doctors do the same.
