Not a happy customer

Ampath accounts dept is staffed by ineffective and people who cannot communicate. Had 2 blood tests in hospital. First account paid in cash. Second account never received. Spoke to accounts dept and account supervisor - and a long discussion about this account - who said they would email me the second account. still NOT received however received a call from some credit dept. Been handed over!!!
