Non stop calls

My mum was admitted at Tshepo Themba hospital last month, treatment was done and the attending doctor discharged her. The doctor then handed my mum over to her regular GP after she was satisfied with her response to treatment. She is now being bugged by Ampath, calling over and over again for her to come in for blood tests due to medication she has been prescribed. These test have not being ordered by any of the doctors (hospital or regular family doctor). She is now stressed due to the constant calls, she's even afraid to answer her phone. STOP CALLING. HER PLEASE
