No feedback or statements after several requests

I contacted ampath regularly for statements wich they refuse to send to me and i asked for e-mailed statements and bills.<br> <br> Some times my wife go every 4 days for tests as she is a wafrin patient<br> <br> Then I were contacted by ampath because i did not according to them paid my bills.<br> <br> I ask them to please e-mail me my bills and statement.<br> <br> I did get that e-mailed statement but with no payments made. I ask them i did paid 95% of that account already and i use their reference can they please send a statement thet reflects my payments.<br> <br> I never heard from the person again <br> <br> I did phone numerous times with out getting any statements except bills <br> <br> I can not keep on paying and i dont now what i paid already is it that difficult to get a statement?
