No difference between Lancet and Ampath

So just when I though Lancet Laboratories wins the prize for following the trend in South Africa of no service, its competitor follows in its exact footsteps making me wonder if they are not perhaps the same organisation under different banners.<br> <br> With absolutely NO contact to mention that there is an amount payable by me, I receive a text to inform me that I have been handed over.<br> <br> I am so sick of the BS service that clients receive from service providers in this country. I don't understand why we need to tolerate it nor can I understand why it is so difficult to strive to provide exceptional service to clients. It just makes you a provider of choice and by word of mouth could gain you market share and market ownership.<br> <br> I demand that I be contacted by Ampath and not the damn debt collectors to be informed of the balance I owe and to finalise the matter amicably and not via this stupidity that I am faced with.
