No customer service at Ampath

Ampath, like most other companies in South Africa is going from bad to worse it seems. Do not have an urgent request or need for urgent information because a) you cannot speak to anyone in customer service and b) you have to send an email with your request and it takes up to 48hours to get feedback.

How pathetic can customer service get that we cannot speak to a person and that you have to send an email? And we all know what happens to emails. They get ignored or answered who knows when because mediocre or none existant service is at the order of the day in South Africa.

Thanks for nothing Ampath. You are not improving anything in this country. You clearly care about money and not your customers.
