No Correspondence - Account Handed Over

We had an unpaid account with Ampath for R89. We had absolutely no correspondence from anyone, no statements, no SMS, no email - they have all those details. They handed the account over to Lexmed (who have no clue what they are doing and are so rude) So we had to pay +-R200 instead of R89. I asked for proof of delivery of statements or any correspondence - not one person has bothered to come back to me. Am very upset with Ampath - we had another unpaid account which we received an SMS about - paid the same day!<br> If anyone will bother to contact me you can do so by email.
