No consent given for blood tests.

Was taken up as I had a accident and fractured my skull, I was not awake at the time of being brought in but had a person responsible for me at the time. There was no talk about blood tests nor consent given to preform blood tests. As I was not on a medical at the time a bill came to me of R5001.00 for blood tests. I'm not sure how much it costs to get a blood test but sounds ridiculous to say the least especially with nobody giving any consent.
