No communication with patients

I'm extremely upset with these people. You don't get any calls, mail or email in regards to payment outstanding and out of the blue you will get a sms informing you that a account is being handed over. How in the hell should one know the medical did not pay and you owe the money if you do not communicate with your patients. You making me look bad I have the money to pay. Pick up you flippen phone and call me. I have excellent credit score and your company will affect this with your incompetency to communicate.
