No communication
Went for a covid test and did no receive any results after 40 hrs, had to call the center and the just got a quick answer no other results nothing i can show to anyone if needed. R500 down the drain.

The call centre should have been able to email you a copy of your report. If you still do not have this, please do share your ID number with us so that we can assist in getting this to you. Alternatively, you could register to receive your results on our Ampath App (downloadable from Google Play or the App Store) or via the patient results portal on our website (https://extranet3.ampath.co.za/patientportal/). You can also request results to be sent to you via our Customer Call Centre on *** or request a copy at the Care Centre where the test was done.
