Name calling on calls

Went into hospital for a gall atack and was put onto strong pain medications. Blood was drawn without my consent and everyday I get harrased for paying something I didn't give consent to. Last call was 11;38 on 19/01/2024 where the person phoning me was so rude and when I explained that I will not be held liable for something I didn't want he laughed me out and told me I'm sick in the head so how would I know what I want or not? What kind of person does that? That is so so unprofessional.
