Morally and competantly bankrupt

I've been to Ampath on multiple occasions to get blood tests. After each visit they send the bill, I pay and send proof of payment. Fine. Except, after some time I get an SMS saying the account is outstanding and has been been handed over to the collectors. This happens after EVERY visit. Not once have they managed to demonstrate the most basic of computer literacy s****s to check an email address and consolidate my account. No no no that's just too much man, we'll just hand you over to the lawyers because why not. I have always paid on time, to the correct account and sent proof to the correct address, given on their website. Never going there again. Good riddance.
