money hungry ******** company

Went to hospital and was told before the blood tests that it needed to be paid i did so paid it with my card (they brought their fnb card machine). I paid it in full now i get them calling and mailing me stating I owe them money and that somehow i misunderstood the ampath personnel when doing the payment.
