Mismanagement of Accounts, ICD Codes, Statement History

I don't even want to give any rating here. I am totally and completely annoyed - I have had 6 surgeries in a year and 1 month, and between the Doctors, Hospital and Medical Aid and all the incorrect auth codes, or even if the tests were done, before admission at midnight, I am inundated with calls of handover. What infuriates me the most, is the different people calling (note that they are from different collectors), only have detail on a specific account, and I have been told that they have no prior information about the history of the account. I have been making payments to many providers over an extended period of time and surely need a record to see what I have paid. I have a full-time job, so I am unfortunately unable to do admin for all the different organizations when it should be seamless
