Misconduct

They put the wrong code when claiming as a result the medical aid didn't pay for that service. So when I tried to call them to inform them of their error, I was sent from pillar to post until the phone got cut off(twice). The next thing they will be blacklisting me for their mistake and they are so disorganised it's disgusting!!!!
