Medical Aid Paid - Ampath advised it's not
Sends you a e mail "Please pay this account - Medical aid rejected payment" So i called the medical aid, sorry sir, we did not reject, here is your claim history where this was submitted for payment and not rejected. So, who is lying here? Are you looking for double payment on a claim? When I called, the agent could not assist me with answers and naturally the supervisor is not available.
