Lying and unprofessional!

I had a payment arrangement with Ampath and paid as per agreement (lost my job so I could not afford much) Promised them probably on recording that I will continue to pay until I settle the account. Next thing I know I have been handed over and threatened with legal action! Mind you, Account is PAID IN FULL!
