Less Ampath and more AmPathetic
Used their services three times in 2021. Medical aid did not pay for the claims due to savings being exhausted and ended up paying for it myself.
Despite supplying them with the details and the proofs of payment, they are still threatening me with legal handover and credit bureau listing.
Today, I sent off the 16th request for resolution via email and via their online portal and no reply to any of the requests.
Required outcome: Sort out your back end admin and stop harassing me!

Just a "Your claims were handed over to the external debt collection agency in the beginning of August 2021. Please contact them on 018 *** ***x to arrange payment for their costs."

How do you hand over to a debt collection agency in the beginning of August 2021 but yet still send statements from your side on 07 and 21 August 2021 requesting payment?
