lack of Communication

Poor service by Ampath employee, there was shortfall which was never communicated to me I o receive a communications from Vericred that my account wan handed over to. I did call Ampath to send the proof of their communication of which never did, so one of the consult told me to pay only the shortfall balance the will cancel the handover and the never did, today I received another communication that my account was handed over to M&G Attorneys. they want me to pay interest even though I never receive any communications that there I a shortfall.
