Lack of communication

I don't know why I bother because these people have no regard even for you, lol. I mean, Hellopeter is protecting businesses through accountability. I just wish they showed some courtesy by responding to emails. Why have an email address then? For proof of payment? Can they at the very least send a 0-balance statement after payment since they are so eager to send bills via snail mail. I JUST WANT A STATEMENT THAT SAYS I PAID! THAT'S ALL!!! YOU WON'T DIE, DEAR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AT AMPATH.
