Lack of bedside manner.

My son had to have his blood drawn and when everything was done the one lady noticed she missed one so we had to go back, now obviously my son was already very upset (he's two years old) and he was crying and distressed so I told them it's fine let's just get it done. He was fighting me and the lady so she called in someone to assist and this new lady (think her name was Monica) came in and I was told to please leave, from the beginning she seemed annoyed and rude but nontheless I stepped out because I was on the verge of tears seeing my son in such a state. He became so distressed that he puked and instead of just cleaning the bench and his arm and body and getting it finished so that I could take him, she started cleaning the floors and got really frustrated over the fact that he was puking and took her time getting it done even while the first lady said that they can clean later she just wants to get my son finished so that he can come back to me. I am extremely extremely disappointed and traumatized by the way she handled the situation and I've never been so disgusted by a medical staff member. If you can't handle different age groups or bodily fluids why did you go into this field in the first place?!

I'd like to add that the first lady, Wilma, was excellent and showed real compassion and sympathy towards me and my son but Monica was an absolute disgrace of a human and I would be glad if I never had to see her ever again.
