insensitive staff

the gentleman who assisted me today on the phone was so unhelpful and rude, he advised me to move to another country if i do not like the service i am getting here and then he hanged up on me. Ampath should be putting an employee in this position who will be able to deal with public and their frustration this guy was really unprofessional.
